Anthony is married to Sandra who is also a barrister, and they work together in Paladin Chambers.

In his spare time, he and his wife Sandra have created Sculptureum, an art tourism venture at Matakana that has been ranked by Trip Advisor as the fourth best attraction in Auckland (after the Sky Tower, the Auckland Museum and Mt Eden). The Sculptureum project is managed by others, and Anthony maintains a full-time practice as a lawyer.
